This package consists of (10) one-on-one Zoom sessions with Lindsay. New Light is a great place to start for clients who are ready to shine “New Light” on their current situation. This package can be especially helpful but not limited to teens and young adults.
A 9 session workbook will be mailed to the client upon scheduling their first session. Clients will then have the option of working through the workbook with Lindsay or choosing a power session depending on the client’s current need that week.
